Extruded PTFE Tube

Extruded PTFE Tube

Description

Extruded PTFE Tube have the broadest temperature range of any fluoropolymer and can resist highly corrosive liquids and gases even at elevated temperatures. The smooth surface finish and lowest coefficient of friction & lubricity make the PTFE tube ideal for bushing or bearing applications.

Specification

  • Apparent Density : 2.10 ~ 2.30g/cm3

  • Tensile Strength :  18Mpa

  • Elongation At Break : 230%

  • Temperature range : -200°C / +260°С

  • PH : 0-14

  • Thermal conductivity :  0,25-0,69W/mK

Advantages

•  Homogeneity of physical characteristics.

•  A high degree of impermeability to known chemical reagents.

•  Good flexing Characteristics

•  Non-Cracking Characteristics while flaring the tubes.

Industries

Transmission of corrosive liquids or gases such as hydraulic fluid and fuel in the aerospace industry; high pressure air, fuel and hydraulic transmission in the automotive industry; delivery of chlorine, steam, acid-base organic compounds, etc. in the chemical industry; Purity fluid delivery. As PTFE has the best plastic in the high temperature, low corrosion, anti-aging, high insulation and non-stick advantages.
